Visit the UK Festival of Zombie Culture

After a sell-out event last year where we laughed, drank and craved brains together – the UK Festival of Zombie Culture returns to Phoenix bigger, better and bloodier than ever before for its 9th year! We have five films confirmed – Maggie, Nightmare City, Darkest Day + Q&A, Me and My Mates vs The Zombie Apocalypse, and Cooties – with the 6th film being decided by a public vote. Tickets £25 (includes entry to all 6 films) http://www.phoenix.org.uk/event/uk-festival-of-zombie-culture/ We will be showing 13 hours of Zombie Films, as well has having lots going on including The Arcade of the Dead – Retro Zombie Games to die for. There will be a Best dressed Zombie Award so make sure you come dressed to impress (but don't worry, there will be Make-Up Artists there too for backup!) The 1st 200 people through the door get lucky Goodie Bags full of Zombie prizes. You will also have the opportunity to meet Zombie Authors who will be signing books and talking zombies. Th...

The films the other TV channels didn’t dare to show… Horror channel will be presenting the UK TV premieres of two highly controversial films: the 2010 remake of I SPIT ON YOUR GRAVE and its sequel I SPIT ON YOUR GRAVE 2, both directed by Steven R. Monroe. Stewart Bridle, Channel Manager for Horror Channel, said today: "We welcome the opportunity to bring our viewers the UK TV Premieres of 'I Spit On Your Grave' and its sequel. Both movies are controversial, disturbing and not for the faint-hearted, but as the UK television home for the Horror genre we won't shy away from the dark places that it can take us."
